About Our Practice
Dr. Jason Diamond and Dr. Sandra Kozel-Diamond have owned the practice since 2006. Both met in Memphis, Tennessee at Southern College of Optometry and graduated in 2005. They completed externships at Tyndall Air Force Base in Florida and The Eye Institute of New Port Richey, FL. Jason Diamond is originally from Kentucky and holds Bachelors from Eastern Kentucky University in Chemistry and Biology. Sandra Kozel-Diamond is originally from Nebraska and holds Bachelors in Biology and minor in World Religion with archeology emphasis from the University of Nebraska. The focus of our practice is to provide routine and medical eye care care how healthcare should be provided - personal and comprehensive. When not in the office, their entire life is devoted to the nuclear family and their daughter. We can be found on a golf course, a beach or literally any sporting event that gives us an opportunity to inform a referee to need a better eye doctor!

Diabetic Eye Exams
We evaluate and monitor the eye health of diabetic patients through comprehensive eye exams. Whether you have Type I, Type II, or gestational diabetes, it is imperative that you take an active role in your visual well-being.
Referrals from other Specialists
Many patients need to be evaluated and monitored for a multitude of reasons. Some may be taking a drug for arthritis, such as hydroxychloroquine, which can impact their eye health and necessitate regular eye exams.
Glaucoma Treatment
Our team provides advanced glaucoma treatment options, including medications, laser therapy, and surgery. We also emphasize the importance of regular eye exams and collaborate closely with several sub-specialists to create a personalized treatment plan.
Dry Eye Treatment
We provide expert treatment for dry eyes, including prescription eye drops, punctal plugs, and amniotic membranes, while also specializing in diabetic eye care. We conduct thorough eye exams for each patient to ensure we find the best solution for their specific needs.
